What Zendoo does
Zendoo runs automated, staged outreach to help you request job referrals, using your connected LinkedIn and/or Gmail accounts. You control which companies are targeted and which channels are used; we control the pacing, targeting order, and safety stops described on our FAQ page.
Platform risk — read this before connecting your accounts
Automating outreach through LinkedIn and Gmail carries inherent risk under those platforms' own terms of service. We've built pacing, weekly caps, and message variation specifically to keep activity within normal-looking bounds, but this risk is mitigated, not eliminated. You're responsible for your own account standing, and we can't guarantee LinkedIn or Google won't take action against an account regardless of the precautions in place.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your blocked-companies list current — we enforce it, but only against what you've added.
- Don't use outreach to harass, mislead, or misrepresent yourself to anyone contacted on your behalf.
- Payment for your selected tier is due on the billing cycle you select; failed payments may affect access after a grace period.
What we guarantee, and what we don't
We guarantee that any classified response halts future scheduled outreach for that job. We don't guarantee a referral, an interview, or a specific response rate — outreach success depends on factors outside our control, including the people and companies being contacted.
Account suspension
We may suspend outreach on an account that appears to violate these terms, misuses the shared contact cache, or is used in a way that risks other users' access to shared infrastructure.
Changes to these terms
We'll post updates here. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
